Do I have to be based in Finland?
No. Most sessions are online. We actively want mentors globally who are helping people prepare for global careers— whether you're in Finland, USA, Australia, Brazil, India, Nigeria, Vietnam, or anywhere else.
How much time does this take?
As much or as little as you want. You set your own availability. Some mentors run 2 sessions a week. Others run 10. The platform never pressures you for volume. You control your calendar entirely.
What if I also create content — TikTok, YouTube, Instagram?
Even better. We actively promote Creators who create content to our entire user base and partner network. Your platform profile links to your social channels. We can cross-promote content that's relevant to our audience — at no cost to you.
Can I sell my own courses and digital products too?

What makes a qualified mentor application?
We look for: relevant professional experience (3+ years in your field), willingness to work with international students, jobseekers, early career professionals, and alignment with at least one of our core tracks — career readiness, language, technical skills, at least one local employment market navigation expertise, or entrepreneurial advisory capacity. You don't need to be a certified coach.
